Dr. Kwong will conduct a comprehensive exam for each new patient, which includes a full mouth series of x-rays and a panoramic x-ray. Each tooth will be examined for disease and treatment recommended accordingly. Dr. Kwong will also conduct a periodontal exam to determine the health of your gums and determine the appropriate gum treatment or cleaning. Oral cancer is a rising concern, so an oral cancer screening is included as part of the new patient exam. Based on Dr. Kwong's findings, a treatment plan that is customized to your needs will be presented and explained to you.
