Entering his fifth decade in the field, Daniel T. McGowan, a national leader in the realm of health and human services delivery, has transformed a number of key organizations and served on prominent boards of directors.
Mr. McGowan previously served as president of Emblem Health Services, LLC, the management and service corporation for HIP Health Plans in New York, Group Health Incorporated (GHI), Connecticare Vytra Health Plans and Perfect Health. Under his stewardship, HIP grew from less than $1 billion in annual revenue to over $5 billion and acquired Connecticare, Vytra, and Perfect Health plans in a ten-year period. When HIP and GHI merged in 2006, he was named the first president of Emblem Health Services, Corp., LLC, with annual revenues of over $8 billion.
From 1991 to 1995, Mr. McGowan led the development of Catholic Charities for the Diocese of Rockville Center, New York, emerging as the largest health and human service agency on Long Island. He served as vice president for planning and program development at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and as executive director of both the Nassau-Suffolk Health Systems Agency on Long Island and the Health Systems Agency of New York City.
Mr. McGowan was director of the Midwest Center of Health Planning in Madison, Wisconsin and vice president of the Institute of Health Planning, serving 23 state health department and 118 regional health planning agencies. In addition to teaching Health Care and Public Administration at Long Island University, he held faculty appointments at the University of Wisconsin and at Governor's State University in Illinois. Mr. McGowan has lectured and written extensively on hospital and health-system planning, development, and regulation.
Today, Mr. McGowan is a private consultant and chairs a number of healthcare, development, and education boards.

Manuel E. Iglesias cofounded Hygea in 2007 and brings extensive legal business and political experience to the company, as well as a background in business development and venture capital. He concentrates on healthcare-related business transactions, contracts, and asset protection at Hygea.
Before joining Hygea, Mr. Iglesias served as counsel to the law firms of Becker Poliakoff (2004 to 2006) and Ruden McClowsky (2006 to 2009). He graduated from the University of Chicago School of Law, earned an MBA from the University of Chicago School of Business, and earned his bachelor's degree in foreign service from Georgetown University.

Dr. Keith Collins is a board certified internal medicine physician, is the founder of several successful healthcare companies, including HealthExcel, a Miami-based, physician-driven medical services company. Under his guidance, he founded and served as CEO of other healthcare companies, including:
Before founding HealthExcel, Dr. Collins was senior vice president at Healthsource, a NYSE-listed health maintenance organization with operations in 16 states. He also served as the associate chief of medical staff at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. Dr. Collins earned his bachelor of science degree at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his medical degree at University of Massachusetts Medical School.
Senior Vice President for Operations
Dr. Francis B. Olsen has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare arena, including roles in clinical practice, residency education, hospital outpatient department administration, and health insurance. He served as managing partner for Ask4 Risk Services, LLC, from 2008 to 2011 and senior vice president for Emblem Health NY from 1997 to 2008.
Dr. Olsen spent over 11 years in the managed care industry as a senior executive where he was responsible for regulatory compliance, as well as operational and financial performance of all government sponsored products (Medicare, Medicaid, Child and Family Health Plus, and Workers Compensation). He serves as a director on the boards of Care for the Homeless and the Dental Medicine Alumni Association of the State University of New York at Stony Brook School. He previously held directorships at Vytra Health Plan, the Perfect Health Insurance Company, and Health Watch Systems.
Chief Financial Officer, Director
Edward (Ted) Moffly cofounded Hygea in 2007 and is an officer and director. He is the former CFO of IP Gear (Pink Sheets QMXI), an enterprise VoIP company. In that role he engineered the acquisition of Quasar/BOS, an Israeli VoIP gateway company, brought the company public via a downstream merger, and structured major contracts with companies such as Siemens and Excel.
Before his work at IP Gear, Mr. Moffly founded and served as CEO of SpinNetworks, a security software company based in Toronto, Canada and Belo Horizonte, Brazil. Mr. Moffly was also the CEO of Synergyx, an international IP integration company, which designed, built, and managed IP networks. While at Synergyx, he implemented one of the first fully compliant HIPAA networks on a Cisco platform for healthcare clients throughout the United States. Ted earned his undergraduate degree at Columbia University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.

Frank Kelly, Jr. joined Hygea as director and chairman of the board in 2007. His experience encompasses strategic and tactical business assignments across the globe in product marketing, strategic consumer market placement, new product introductions, operations, distribution development, international logistics, and executive development.
Mr. Kelly founded MFK Global, Inc. in 1998 where he has focused on international consumer product marketing, executive operations management, and boards of directors advisory work.
Before founding MFK Global, Mr. Kelly spent 24 years with The Coca-Cola Company, where he worked in various executive positions with domestic and international responsibilities, including worldwide vice president of Coca-Cola Nestle Refreshments. He earned his MBA from Harvard University Business School and holds a B.S. in accounting and finance from Bentley University.

EVP Pharmacy Operations, Director
A senior executive with over 20 years' experience in pharmacy, hospital, biopharmaceutical, and medical device industries, Taeho Oh also has experience in reimbursement and supply chain management. Before joining Hygea, Mr. Oh was senior vice president of managed care, infusion technologies of Carpoint Partners Company and an account director of sales for specialty and infusion pharmaceutical manufacturing, growing the business to $48 million in annual sales in 8 years.
He is currently vice president and chief pharmacy officer of Right Rx, LLC, d.b.a. US-Rx Care, a pharmacy benefit management company. He earned a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry from Juanita College, and a bachelor and master of science degree in hospital pharmacy from Ohio State University. He holds pharmacist licenses in the states of Florida, Ohio, Kentucky, Nebraska, Tennessee, and Arkansas.
Chief Operating Officer, Director
As chief operating officer at Hygea, Martha Castillo oversees healthcare provider relations, physician credentialing, marketing, and daily operational activities. Prior to joining Hygea, she worked both as an independent agent representing clients such as AFLAC, AIG, ING, and Nationwide Life and as a marketing coordinator at Mercy Health in Miami, Florida.
Ms. Castillo brings a background in accounting to Hygea, having served for four years as an accountant at DuFry America. She earned a degree in accounting from the University of Central Texas and a degree in business administration from Saint Peters College in New Jersey.
Director
Dr. Howard Sussman was the lead physician in one of the most prominent practices acquired by Hygea. He is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and is board certified in Internal Medicine and Addictionology. He is licensed in New York and Florida, where he specializes in cardiovascular disease.
Dr. Sussman completed his undergraduate studies at Georgia Institute of Technology and earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Miami, where he also earned his medical degree. He is also a retired Major in the U.S. Army.

Glenn Marrichi has served as an officer and director of Hygea since 2010 and brings extensive strategic and brand healthcare marketing experience to the company. As an executive at major international advertising agencies for many years, Glenn has engaged in brand building and strategic marketing on behalf of some of the world's leading companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Celebrex, Baxter International, Ciba Vision, The Arthritis Foundation, and McNeil Consumer Products.
A national speaker on the subject of brand value innovation, Mr. Marrichi is a winner of prestigious industry awards, including the American Marketing Association's Gold EFFIE for advertising & marketing effectiveness. In addition, he has served on the national board of both the Arthritis Foundation and Community Health Charities, the leading workplace-based charity devoted to health causes including the American Cancer Society, American Diabetes Association, and the American Heart Association.
Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Palm Medical Network
Dr. Carl Rosencrantz is a practicing radiologist in West Boca Medical Center where he also serves as chairman of the Department of Imaging. In addition, he serves as medical director of imaging for Delray Community Hospital. Prior to joining West Boca Medical Center, Dr. Rosencrantz was a staff radiologist at Pompano Beach Medical Center. Through his relationship with Tenet, Dr. Rosencrantz was a founding member of the Palm Medical Group and served on its executive committee in various capacities since 1989. He is a member of the Tenet Radiology Advisory Board.
Dr. Rosencrantz began his career as an OB/GYN resident at Mount Sinai Medical Center and, after completing his obstetrics residency, continued at Mount Sinai as a resident in radiology. He later became a staff radiologist at West Boca Medical Center, where he rose to Chief of Staff. Dr. Rosencrantz earned his bachelor's degree from Amherst College and his medical degree from the University of Miami.
