Bridges are also known as fixed partial dentures and is an effective option to replace a missing tooth or several teeth. A bridge usually consists of 2 crowns fused either side of a false tooth (or teeth). The crowns are then cemented onto the anchor teeth to bridge the gap where the tooth is missing.
